One of the most popular additions to your landscape is quickly becoming "Rain Gardens" which we are specializing in. "Rain Gardens" are installed to help to keep rain water from your property entering the storm drains in our cities. In most cities across America storm water runoff is a huge problem because it is putting pollutants into our water supplies and rivers.
A Rain Garden is basically a flower bed that is approximately 8 by 10 feet in size and set into the landscape as a depression about twelve inches deep relatively close to your downspouts capturing the rain water coming off of the roof.
We have installed "Rain Gardens" in residental and commercial settings. Our largest project was to install five of the gardens in McCollough Park for the City of Muncie, Indiana.
This diagram shows how a Bird & Butterfly Rain Garden could be laid out. The flowers that would be in this garden would be perfect for the bird and butterfly watchers to have in their lawn. This garden is a relatively low maintenance product that will add hours of pleasure to you!
